Ericka Neville is the Regional Manager for The Choice Group in Hampton Roads. Ericka has been with The Choice Group, a Supported Employment provider, for over 20 years and helps individuals with disabilities find and maintain employment in their communities. Ericka’s passion for working with young adults with disabilities stems from her own diagnosis of Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis when she was 13 years old. Once Ericka learned how to navigate her disability, she served as a mentor for adolescents and young adults with arthritis, as well as assisted with planning conferences, and leading support groups.
Ericka earned her B.A. in Sociology with concentrations in Social Work and Health Care Delivery from Roanoke College and her M.S.W. with a concentration in Administration, Planning, and Programming from Virginia Commonwealth University. Ericka currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Endependence Center Inc and has previously served on the Board of Directors for the Arthritis Foundation and Virginia Rehabilitative Association, and a was a former member of the LTESS Steering Committee.
