This virtual training series will be held once a week. During this series you will get important information on how to develop a supported decision-making agreement (SDMA). SDMAs allow individuals with disabilities to exercise maximum independence and make choices and decisions about their own lives with support from people they choose.

This series is progressive so we encourage you to register for and attend all four sessions. This series is designed for individuals with disabilities, their families, and supporters.
