Ins and Outs of IEP Meetings (Fall Workshop Series)

PEATC presents this virtual workshop series for parents and professionals who want to learn more about special education in Virginia. Register once to attend some or all of the informative workshops!
LOCATION: Zoom
Each workshop will start at 6:30 p.m. and will last approximately 1 to 1.5 hours. These sessions will not be recorded.
- September 25, 2024 – From Referral to Eligibility
- October 9, 2024 – Anatomy of an IEP
- October 23, 2024 – Measurable IEP Goals
- November 6, 2024 – Ins and Outs of IEP Meetings: This presentation will help prepare parents for what to expect in the IEP meeting and how to have a productive, student-focused meeting. From pre-planning before the meeting to working together afterwards, this presentation will help participants learn how to build relationships while focusing on the needs of the student.
