Measurable IEP Goals (SpEd Workshop Series)

PEATC presents this virtual workshop series for parents and professionals who want to learn more about special education in Virginia. Register once to attend some or all of the informative workshops!
LOCATION: Zoom
Each workshop will start at 6:30 p.m. and will last approximately 1 to 1.5 hours. These sessions will not be recorded.
- July 10, 2024 – From Referral to Eligibility
- July 24, 2024 – Anatomy of an IEP
- August 7, 2024 – Measurable IEP Goals: This workshop brings families and educators together using a common language to build measurable goals for all students to ensure that families and schools know where the student is beginning and the progress that is being made over time. Participants will learn what a measurable goal is, how to write a measurable goal and much more in this workshop.
- August 21, 2024 – Ins and Outs of IEP Meetings
- September 4, 2024 – Dispute Resolution in Virginia
