An exciting opportunity for parents new to the world of Special Education. This means your child has been involved in special education for three years or less.
PEATC’s Parent Institute is a great opportunity for Virginia Parents to gather, collaborate, grow, and learn together. This event is free, but more importantly, this 2-day training opportunity gives participants a chance to engage directly with the presenters who are leaders in their fields. This event will happen LIVE online. Both days will take place from 9am to noon.
WHO SHOULD APPLY?
Parents who are new to the Special Education process interested in taking the next steps towards collaborating as parent leaders.
There are a limited number of spots available for this training so please register early.
You must receive a confirmation from the PEATC office (not just Eventbrite) and commit to participating in the entire training to attend this event.
