Ten Things You Need to Know about IEPs

Children with disabilities have had the right to a Free Appropriate Public Education (FAPE) which is outlined in their Individualized Education Program (IEP). Equal responsibility is shared with everyone on the IEP team in the development of a document that allows the student to access the education they are entitled to.
